The hotel is conveniently located near a hospital, making our visit easier. The service was exceptional, especially from Mr Irfan and Angga. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient for the airport but far from the city center, and the noise levels were quite high. The rooms were not as clean and comfortable as I hoped for, with a loud jet pump below disturbing my sleep. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly, especially Egin, the trainee who went above-and-beyond in assisting me. However, the connecting room had a few issues like a non-working safety box and unclean bed. The morning noise was a bit bothersome, but overall a good experience.
