The hotel is conveniently located near a hospital, making our visit easier. The service was exceptional, especially from Mr Irfan and Angga. The rooms were not as clean and comfortable as I hoped for, with a loud jet pump below disturbing my sleep. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly, especially Egin, the trainee who went above-and-beyond in assisting me. However, the connecting room had a few issues like a non-working safety box and unclean bed. The morning noise was a bit bothersome, but overall a good experience.
