The hotel is conveniently located near a hospital, making our visit easier. The service was exceptional, especially from Mr Irfan and Angga. However, there were some issues during check-in and check-out. The dining options were varied and delicious, though limited for vegetarians. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient for the airport but far from the city center, and the noise levels were quite high. The rooms were not as clean and comfortable as I hoped for, with a loud jet pump below disturbing my sleep. On the bright side, the staff, especially RIRI at reception, were very cooperative and helpful. The dining had some variety but could be inconsistent in quality.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly, especially Egin, the trainee who went above-and-beyond in assisting me. However, the connecting room had a few issues like a non-working safety box and unclean bed. The morning noise was a bit bothersome, but overall a good experience.
